How does BG let their field get that bad?

This is the worst college game I've seen this year. Its almost as bad as my last HS game this year.

Well it isn't like Bowling Green has the facilities budget Ohio State has :)

It's rained there all day and they've had at least an inch of rain since the game started alone....

That game makes me thankful again for tOSU's decision to re-sod the 'Shoe. And for the weather forecast that is looking halfway decent for Saturday afternoon. Partly cloudy, high of 48, 10% chance of rain.
