Miami (FL) Hurricanes (1926-2003)

And the key alum that’s returning is a QB who last played at Miami when Their parents were in grade school

The U is back for real this time!

Can we just have the olds post in this thread like a remembrance theme? @BB73 can get out his civil war uniform and then discuss fancy pantaloons that they etched into bark.
Civil war uniform? Don‘t be ridiculous, the only uniform I wore in the 1860s was for The Battle of Bunker Hill reenactments.

Yeah -
1985 through 2002: 10.1 wins per year.
2003 through 2007: 8.2 wins per year, including 11 wins in 2003. 2004 through 2007: 7.5 wins per year. I would guess 2003 had a lot of players from 2001-2002. They were dead, but they didn't know it, yet.
2008 through 2023: 7.4 wins per year.

That flat peak in the middle is 2001 and 2002. By 2007 they fell to a 5-win team. Since then, they've been bouncing between a 6-win team and a 9-win team.
Edit: Original post said the flat peak was 2002 and 2003. It was really 2001 and 2002 (12 wins each) and 2003 was 11 wins.
