Allen Trieu flipped his crystal ball from Ohio State to cloudy.
It's looking like Paige will be "out" of Ohio State's class. With Paige out, it's likely that Cameron Martinez will begin his Buckeye career at defensive back.

Any sense on why the relationship might be cooling?
Can't fit him in, looking at someone else, or he simply is looking else where?

Ricks was sort of what I was alluding to. As in, perhaps the staff feels confident they can flip him.

That's my guess as well. Feeling good enough on Ricks to let things cool on with Paige who I think would have jumped on board if he had the opportunity. Likely an offer as opposed to Offer.

That is what I make of it as well.
You have a rising star in Jeff hafley and Ricks friend in lejend leading the way. Ricks stated he was ready to commit if Urban hadn't left. Now that everything has calmed down on the defensive side I really think he comes on board eventually.

Paige does look to have some very good offers on the table. My guess is if not tOSU he ends up Sparty. Kid can ball. He’ll do well for himself when he lands.

Guessing UM or PSU. MSU did not make his top 4. Have always thought Martinez was a safety so his commitment probably bumps Paige out considering they expect to land Ransom and Martinez with Williams as a possible LB/S hybrid (although I see him as an eventual LB all the way).
