Nah, that would be unfair in favor of USC since their band only plays one song anyways. Limit the number of times a band can play the same song consecutively. That would be useful. Well, maybe not useful. It couldn't be any more useless than this garbage, at least.

Between USC's and Oklahoma's respective bands, plus Ashlee Simpson, this past Orange Bowl was best viewed with the TV on mute.

But despite the monitors being completely out and not being able to hear herself at all, Kelly still belted her song damn near to perfection. I was impressed.
