Reisterstown (Md.) Franklin 2016 wide receiver Steven Smothers, who has an Ohio State scholarship offer, is looking to see the Buckeyes play in-person on Saturday when OSU travels to Baltimore to take on Navy.

“I can get there in an hour – easily,” Smothers said.
