RB Maurice Wells (Jacksonville Sandalwood High School) told the nation that he intends to play college football at the Ohio State University. The announcement came from San Antonio, where Wells is taking part in the 2005 Army All-American Bowl.

[font=&quot]Today’s public declaration ends the speculation that Maurice has been a “soft verbal” to Ohio State since late November. Wells chose the Buckeyes over Georgia Tech and USC.[/font]
