master boot record issues

I am hoping one of the tech gurus here can help me real quick.

Hard drive A (OS:windows XP) did a face plant.
Hard drive B (OS:windows 2000) is now primary drive.

HDA has been repaired and all important data recovered and backed up.
How do I restore Master Boot Record on HDA without a windows disk?

are you telling me to use a third drive or are you trying to be funny and telling me to completely erase my one remaining hard drive?

he is telling you that you are effed without a cd. Unless you could find a cd somewhere.
