Dominic James (Marquette guard) has surprisingly been cleared to play after what was supposed to be a season-ending broken foot about a month ago.
Should be interesting to see what his impact will be.

Just because I am going to MU next does that mean I have to like them? I don't understand how CBS picks what games to broadcast either. MSU and USC is a really close game. This game and the Louisville and Siena aren't really all that close. Why aren't they showing MSU vs USC?

I know the kid stepped over the line, but what a terrible out of bounds play with 5.5 seconds left.
There was no need to only have two guys up there and no one running back to the ball. With 5.5, you don't need a running start to get up the court. You can get the ball up the court in 4 seconds at this level. Just get it in and let somebody drive.
The coach made it difficult on his kids by having two players simply try to run to each side of the court, 40 ft away.
(I had Marquette winning :()

How about the Missouri player, Tiller, getting fouled with 5.5 seconds on the clock, and acting so hurt that he could not take the free-throws.
Missouri subs in another free-throw shooter who knocks them both down, and Tiller, subs in for the free-throw shooter after they are both knocked down.
Buzz Peterson had every right to be pissed. The refs should have given Tiller more time to recoup, and take the free-throws. To allow him to sub out, let the free-throws go in, and then sub in for the free-throw shooter is utterly absurd.
