A simple IP address and WHOIS look-up does wonders....backed up by message logs and screentshots, that's quite a bit of incriminating evidence I would say....

If I see you here on these forums again, not only will I be contacting Terry Barnes, I will also be filing a formal network abuse complaint with Henry Ford Hospital's IT/IS department. Further, the possibilty will be explored for filing criminal tresspassing charges against you as I've already consulted with a very willing Ohio lawyer regarding a similiar instance not too long ago. You are guilty of circumventing a ban and it's not very hard to prove with the evidence that I have.
