Oh it has always sucked. Difference being that as the money and exposure have gone up, it has gotten more obvious. That, and assclowns like TV Ted and Ratface Crawford have developed, who think they are entities in and of themselves. They are like the Buck-I-Guy of refs

That last part is all too true. You never knew the names of refs, as it should be. Now too many want to put on a show, and probably check Twitter later to see how much attention they got. Jagoffs.

Interesting info for the younger people on the board…for all the talk of 16s never beating a 1, there have been only 7 15s to beat a 2, and there was a pair of them in 1 year…do you know them all? It’s been a while since the first…I was at a bowling alley in HS watching the first one

Richmond over Syracuse in 1991, Santa Clara over Arizona in 1993, Coppin State over South Carolina in 1997, Hampton over Iowa State in 2001, Lehigh over Duke in 2012, Norfolk State over Missouri in 2012, and FGCU over Georgetown in 2013.

That's a bullshit tech on the Baylor kid for hanging on the rim. He had to not only hang on, but also pull his legs up to help slow his momentum. That's just physics. Not only do the refs blow it, the idiot announcers go on and on about how it's the right call.

Barkley blew off Clark talking pre-game about Yale's chances of winning with "Baylor's gonna kill these guys."

Yale lead by 5 at halftime.

Baylor suffering from a bad case of #InFighting. That should help Gathers' draft stock with the Cowboys.

Holy shit, interesting fact for geeks like me. If it seems to you that there is a 5/12 upset every year...it's because there is. Since 1989, there has been one every year but 2000 and 2007.

And here it is...there have been twice as many years that 3 #12s have won (4) than zero have won (2)
