If some asshole who was fucking my ex-wife ever did anything like that to one of my kids, he would be seriously fucked up and I'd have to take my chances with a jury.

I'll volunteer to be on that jury...not guilty...and then in part b when the assclown tries to sue you, how much do you want in the countersuit?

Ummm...the mother isn't in jail too? Are you kidding me? She just stood there and watch the dad do it. Hell, it might have even been partly her idea too. That mother should be sitting right next to him.

actually she threatened to wake the lovely step dad up, then did so when the child did not comply. so clearly she not only approved of his actions but at least partly initiated them. its not like she didn't know what the consiquences of waking him up were. she had a pretty good idea that whatever happened would not be pleasent for the child and willingly acted anyway.
