Keep in mind that the way he was caught is very common. What I mean is, the parents are the ones you should truly be offended by, as many of them do this, offer up their children to these kinds of perverts as part of some kind of transaction, often for money.

They make it easy on ....people....like this man.

They shouldn't be imprisoned. It doesn't do any good. But it is about the only way to stop them for any length of time I guess. I feel they should be chemically castrated immediately. Go to prison for any kind of intercourse/penetration with/of a minor child under 15 years old and castration should be mandatory. Personally, I wouldn't mind if they were physically castrated as well but I am a vindictive bitch.
