    The man shot and killed by a Tacoma police officer Monday inside a Sixth Avenue home pointed a "solid black cordless drill" at the officer, a police spokesman said today.
    The small drill held a tubular-shaped bit resembling a gun barrel, said police spokesman Mark Fulghum. Investigators say that 38-year-old Berry Millsap pointed it at the officers before one shot and killed him .....
