I gotta say, its more a UPS issue than the bike shop. I ordered some items here in CONUS for a friend that lived in Hawaii because what he wanted couldnt be shipped to him at all. UPS did that same thing where they say the street has to be spelled correctly, even tho I spelled it 4 times when I first shipped, and also when I called, long distance, to the HI local UPS Office. It took 3 days to find out that when they couldnt deliver due to the "incorrect spelling" they returned my item to the original sender. I had to contact them, wait until they confirmed it had been returned, for them to attempt to send again, this time spelling the street name back to me twice...

STILL UPS tried the "incorrect spelling" excuse, lost it for a week in there warehouse, found it, tried the "incorrect spelling" excuse again and finally delivered to my friend but only because he WENT to the local office and picked it up.

All in all, what was supposed to be 2 day express shipping took two weeks............I'm pretty sure HI UPS hires crack addicted, poop flinging monkeys as warehouse workers. The truck drivers MIGHT be orangutangs.

I just called up UPS about 10 minutes ago, and they said the store in Tucson had the street name spelled "Haleau" instead of "Halekua". I spelled it for the bike shop guy twice, so I'm thinking it was more likely some fucking keyboard chimp at UPS in the mainland fat-fingering the address when entering it into the computer. And that doesn't explain the 36-hour sit time at LAX.

my bad i didn't know you were going to eat it. in that case i would just say gut it, and portion it like any other normal animal and then freeze it. shouldn't be any different.

Fuckin' UPS chimp just left the package outside on the side of the house. Good thing I had checked the website and saw "Delivered" as the status about 5 minutes after he left it there. There would've been serious hell to pay had it been gone when I got home (which I did about 8 minutes after I saw it had been delivered...luckily I work less than 5 miles from home).
