Seems like Michigan is sending out offers to all juniors in the state of Ohio. I'm not saying Ringer isn't deserving of an offer.

you gotta give Hoke credit, he knows that Michigan is nothing without Ohio players and 2012 is the perfect year to get some great ones out of the state
