Nutri, did they ever show a reverse angle on that 2nd down run to the goalline. That looked really close, but the regular game feed is the wrong angle.

haven't had a chance to watch the goalline stand yet
was listening on the radio while at my son's game today

our radio pbp guy rarely knows whats actually happening on the field, so i can't go by what he says

yep

if you only listen to the radio, you'd never know it.
but if you listen to him and watch the game, you'd notice how far off he usually is.

if you can ever find the original call (not the one LSU edited) of the Bluegrass Miracle, you'd see that he says Jack Hunt caught the pass.

Jack Hunt was a short, slow white defensive back
Devery Henderson (guy who actually caught it) was a tall, fast black wide receiver.

He regularly says stuff like "1st and 10 now. here's the handoff and theres a wide open hole with plenty of room to run, he's still going, and tackle for a gain of 1"

He's even worse in baseball. "fly ball, well hit to deep right field. and the SS makes the catch."

but it wouldn't be the same without him.
He IS the voice of the tigers.
