Seems more and more people just look for the bad in every situation. It's an infection in our society. Some are viral, hard to detect, while other bacterial and are very easy to spot. Not unlike Micheal Moore, just look for a large red bag of pus. Yes, some will always be unhappy. All buckeyes are great and some are just a little more blessed with talent.

Sure, I have an opinion: Louis is a pot stirrer and not even a good one at that.

It's like playing dodgeball with the happy class: it's just too easy. He won't even duck.

I've just banned Louis for a week...he sent an obscene PM to one of our better members. That and his propensity for immature misuse of certain system features caused this action. His banning ends next Tuesday (13 Jul). Hopefully that will straighten him out.

We take pride in having a great site for discussions covering a myriad of topics, and treat our members far better than Bustnuts and other like sites. We get to have animated posts that are far more risqué, and have far more user involvement. However, as with any great site, there is a line you're not going to cross without some sort of repercussion. We have folks that get into it here (most obviously me and tibor) and in a way it adds flavor and personality to our community...but when you go too far, you get warned, and if you fail to heed those warnings, then you suffer the consequences.

In a way it's kind of ironic that one of the infamous "banned" Bustnuts members now bans a member of the BP community. Believe it or not, it's about the last thing I want to do to anyone. But damn it, this place is not going to become another Bustnuts.

I can't say it saddens me to read this Mili. It was probably long overdue. I received another ding from him this morning regarding something I said in a post I made a week ago. It wasn't because he hadn't been on the board during that time. He likes to log on as invisible and lurk. I'm sure others are as aware as I am that he has a habit of logging onto the board invisible and then proceeds to go from post to post submitting replies and dinging people as he goes. He took a great feature of this board IMO (reputation) and turned it into his own personal vendetta toy. I don't believe that was the reason Clarity made it available. I too hope that this little vacation you gave him serves as a wakeup call and he straightens his act up. But something tells me he'll find the need to make up for lost time when he gets back and spread more dings around.

Maybe he just got carried away. He posted a lot before, and if he wants to post on this board with everyone bad enough, he'll do what he has to to do so. Personally I love this board, so I think he may adjust his posting and dinging a little to stick around.

Well if he does, he's gone for good. Just after I had banned him, I was PM'd with another, even worse, example of an obscene PM to the same person (saying this guy's mom performs certain acts on him) when this person's mom is actually very ill. He's gone way too far. He's beyond treading on thin ice...he's fallen through it and he has a week to make shore.

I agree with you completely on that. It's one thing to joke, rag on and play around with other posters but when you start bringing in family members, especially those who are ill then it needs to be stopped immediately.

I'll jump in here and admit to being the poster that PM'd Mili. It's no secret that Louis and I do not get along, but he went way too far. At the same time, the only reason I PM'd Mili was because in Louis' first PM to me, he insulted Mili as well as myself, so I thought Mili should know. I wasn't looking to get him banned. But I was glad he was banned when I received his next (and hopefully last) PM concerning his fantasies concerning my mother. Nobody on this board is aware of her situation, least of all him, but I'll lay it out here. She is terminally ill with cancer, and is not expected to live another month. I do not want any sympathy from anybody, but the obvious fact remains that this piece of shit who calls himself Louis deserves a serious ass-kicking. I am extremely sensitive concerning this subject, and couldn't believe it when the bastard crossed that line. I guess I should have expected it, as he has never been able to come up with any original insult, but still, that is simply wrong.

I apologize for the lengthy post, and for bringing down the mood, but as with "dinging" somebody's rep, I didn't want to remain anonymous when I was the "culprit". Mili, I do appreciate your efforts in explaining the situation.
