I feel your pain. Done with school for a few weeks = break = 8:30am - 10pm work on a Saturday. At least I won't be missing any good games...

Used to have a few of those day lengths in retail at inventory time...which of course was when I was always back from school working. Keep your belly full, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water...the hours went by faster and I was much better able to do the job when I wasn't hungry or thirsty.

one winter in college i plowed snow for 2.5 days straight. i got a nice big fat pay check but boy was i whipped.

I hate places that treat summer and winter college kid employees like shit. They're just pissed because the pinnacle of their lives is managing a crappy local store in nowheresville USA, so they take it out on the kids who will do something with their lives. fuck em.

i never stopped to eat. id plow and eat. as far as sleep i couldnt give you an honest estimate exageration of that stuff is inevitable. i could go 18 hours or so without sleep a lot of times. i dont remember exactly but 15-30 mins every 2-3 hours after that was typical. it just depended on how hard it was snowing. id nap when it seemed like it was slowing down. and i wasnt gonna get burried. i was in a strip mall with a kmart and what not and luckily there was a mcdonalds that was open 24 hrs.

Well I just got home...I got off at 1030...a whole 30 minutes early. Lucky me. My legs are hurting like theyve never hurt before. I was at podium until 6PM (which is where I tear the tickets) then I cleaned theatres till 1030. I am sooo tired, more than what I ever have been :(
