PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - Philadelphia is home to the least attractive people in the United States, a survey of visitors and residents showed on Friday.

The city of more than 1.5 million people was also found to be among the least stylish, least active, least friendly and least worldly, according to the "America's Favourite Cities" survey by Travel & Leisure magazine and CNN Headline News.

I have found that the "City of brotherly love" has the most unfriendly people in any city I have been in.
They do make a great sammich though.

Of course this is based on an online survey which we all know are accurate at least 150% of time, give or take 66.5559%.

I don't know about having the ugliest people (of course I have to say that because all of my in-laws live there!), but they certainly are very unfriendly overall. I would never want to live there. I'd take NYC over Philly any day.
