Bobby Engram, the soon to be announced OC for Wisconsin, is close friends with the Williams family and his son and Caleb are supposedly tight. Believe I read that the Williams family was also not pleased with how Riley handled his exit from OU as they uprooted their entire family from Maryland to move to Norman.

Still, I’ll believe he ends up at Wisconsin when I see it.

where they let a future 8x Pro Bowler throw for ~226 yards a game and ~500 less total yards than he did the year before at NC State.

Wisconsin is Wisconsin. They run the football and the QB is just a game manager.

It's not exactly the logical destination for elite QB prospects that have a choice but whatever floats his boat. Maybe he likes snow.
