judging by the general ineffectiveness of this latest attack (don't get me wrong, the Londonders were most certainly inconvenienced, and FREAKED the fuck out) compared to the 7/7 attack and the 9/11 attack, i would say that Al Queda is losing a little steam in it's endeavor...
now this is not to say that the relatively minor attacks in London are not subterfuge intended to divert attention away from a more serious attack... i'm just taking the attacks at face value...
