Hey all you legal types out there....

According to some recent articles in the Dispatch and on here.....some recruits are wary of our situation. Tressel has said that he has welcomed the questions and is answering many from parents and recruits alike.

If all these allegations are found to be baseless. And tOSU could prove through testimony or other means that a recruit was lost or was swayed elsewhere....could tOSU have a case against some of these premature reports/stories/networks?

School me.

Go Bucks!!

Technically, anything can be alleged in a complaint brought into a court of law. Legally, however, this wouldn't be worth the time and expense of tOSU even filing suit. First, it would likely further tarnish the University's reputation. Second, the University would have to prove its damages, which would be extremely difficult, and third, any likely outcome would not be worth the expense and negative publicity of a lengthy trial.

Nothing against anyone... but does anyone feel that this thread would be infinitely more interesting if the title were "Anal Action"

Just a thought.

Uhh, no. I wouldn't find anything titled "anal action" as interesting to me.

Maybe it would be to you. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

It doesnt matter what ESPN(sucks) or the Dispatch says about the OSU i dont think that will sway any recruits who truely want to be buckeyes. I think that JT and his staff should concentrate on the state of Ohio first and the rest of the nation second. There is as much talent in this state as Texas,Florida etc. Get the Ohio kids the rest will take care of itself. ESPN(sucks) should shut up and worry about other topics because no one really cares about their opinions.
