Translate that to the field please. Would be an awesome boost to our defense if he finally has his moment in the sun this season. The measurables and statline are ready for the league. Let's see if he becomes a leader and big time performer on the defense. Love to see it

Finally?

His career has been on an accelerated path if anything. Special teams contributor as a freshman, starter and solid contributor as a sophomore (64 tackles including 8 games of 5 or more tackles), chance to be a leader and major playmaker as a junior.

I wouldn't expect most players to be year long starters as true sophomores. Expecting more than that is ridiculous.

Would you consider his pay to this point on defense, shining moments? I certainly wouldn't. In Finally, I did actually mean to be in the spotlight which he clearly hasnt been yet starter or not.

All I have to say is Josh was probably one of the least heralded players in his class and with all the heralded LBs in the class, look who ends up getting the starting nod.. Let's hope he shows up as a beast on the field this year.
