Speaking of first’s, Patriots defensive end John Simon recorded his first sack of the season against the Broncos. In all, he had four total tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and one quarterback hit.

Former Ohio State defensive end John Simon has signed a reserve/future contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team announced on Thursday.

Simon will be entering his 10th NFL season in 2022. In his career, he's started 52 games and has recorded 283 total tackles, 25 tackles for loss, 21 sacks, and two interceptions – one of which he returned for a touchdown.
