Baron, specifically, is an early enrollee. Herman wouldn't matter there.

Can't recall if Dobbins is an early enrollee himself.

Herman has to prepare for a late December bowl game. So I imagine he would want to keep the move quiet for the sake of his current players. So I imagine the day after the bowl he'll announce so he stands a shot at these Texas kids.
