thump i dont mind it either except when things are hectic and i have no time. i usually find it relaxing on a saturday.

the black and decker is good product. not a great one, but i would recomned it.

I've heard other people recommend the Black and Decker as well. Not real powerful but very reliable.

its been good, no problems. id agree, it is nothing great-not like a stihl/husqvarna/echo product but it was been very good and reliable, for something like this i like the one with the cord, you have to be careful not to cut it but you dont have the spring fiddle time and you dont have to get it tuned up, i always had troubles with weedwhackers and such with spring headaches with gas powered.

I agree. I have a brand new Craftsman weedwacker I got for Christmas and it takes me about 20 pulls before the thing freaking starts!

I use it everytime, they say to hit the priming bulb 6 times before a cold start with a full choke.

It's just that first start that is a killer.

my husky chainsaw is that way, takes 4-5 pulls to start from cold, but runs like a champ

my reference is the gas gelling up etc over the winter, i always use stabilizer but the equipment runs poorly for a few thanks of gas. its just a pain in the ass those damn weed whackers and other very small enigines.
