I finally made it back to check on this....I know all too well about the Sunshine law. I appreciate why they release names but I am afraid someday this is going to bite them in the ass. The name and address of a minor released in the paper with all the weirdos out there, will for certain turn ugly.

I'm not sure. On criminal report searches like on columbuspolice.org, if the victim is under 18, they are listed as juvenile victim. But if there was a juvenile arrested, it lists their name. So either they are doing something wrong by listing names, or there is no law against it.
... Or you didn't distinguish that there is a difference between a juvenile victim and a juvenile offender.
