Still fucking gutted about Taylor. Jesus. I know he had issues with substances for a long time and it’s a damn shame that for all of those issues he was taken. I have a friend who is close with Grohl and in turn the rest of the band. He’s always had very good things to say about Taylor. He, like Dave, were / are very much the super nice guys you frequently see on display.

Gutted. Fuck.

Grohl has always talked about how close he and Taylor were, and that they truly were close friends besides bandmates. Everything about the Foos just looks like they are just a group of extremely close friends who just happen to be in one the most successful bands in the world. They always look like they are just having a blast on stage. I have a hard time seeing them going on without Taylor. What a gut punch and horrible loss.

I can't even watch this episode, as soon as that thing comes out I simultaneously laugh and imagine ways to kill it with fire.

Aww man, that's fucked up. I never liked the dude in stuff. His stand up is massively fucked up though. (which I always enjoy). What I liked about him was him talking about being a comedian and how he approached it and the way he'd just talk about the jokes themselves (and would almost be apologetic about some of them, I think at times he didn't get why people thought certain stuff was funny), but his approach was pretty systematic and you could tell he was happy and felt lucky to have the job he did.
