Late night (3:30-3:34am ET) daily downtime/"unexpected error"

There's a known issue with a pocket of downtime from 3:30-3:34am each night. It's our database backup taking up ALL THE RESOURCES. It's a non-issue, I watched it happen on the site and server tonight -- if you see it don't worry. We'll resolve it when we do back-end OS and software upgrades in a week or two.

Since few are on at this time, few will know what I'm talking about. @Deety does though! @scarletngray saw it too. :)

Sounds like an expected unexpected error.

The only thing I don't like now, is the way the "Spy" tiles down. It's slow and makes me wait for it to finish. Granted, "slow" is really not very slow but the old style "Spy" worked just like a regular thread, at least on my Windows 8 system.
