In Texas, it has to be made by the staff. Nationwide, no tobacco or alcohol is allowed. Federal prisoners only get $20 to spend.

I checked the 2nd site b/c the first one was blocked by my firewall but none of the prisoners ordered any food in.

I've actually seen the deadmaneating site before. Texas used to have an official site for the last meals, b/c it was the #1 infor request by the public, but they took it down a year or two ago due to taste concerns.....
