What do you need water for, Sunshine?
Did anybody else get some kind of twisted kick out of reading the Lantern's "Crime Briefs"?

There were some classics I recall from back in the day... people getting caught doing kinky sh*t up in the stacks at the main library. Half-naked students who'd passed out and had been transported by their friends our to a nearby cornfield. Always some crazy stuff going down at the Towers like finding unsuspecting visitors from out-of-town duct-taped to furniture riding up and down the elevators all night.

Does anybody have any that stick out in their memory?

Auto Theft - Lord Hall
A staff member reported that his car had been stolen from behind Lord Hall Friday. According to the police report, the car had previous damage to the lock, but the car was secure when the staff member left it. The case is now closed.

Burglary - Martha Morehouse Center
Staff members at the Martha Morehouse Center reported a camcorder owned by the department was stolen Friday. According to the police report, the camcorder was stored in an unlocked office. The case is now closed.

Theft - Hitchcock Hall
A student reported theft of a bicycle Monday.

Harassment - Morrill Tower
An OSU staff member reported Tuesday he had received unwanted telephone calls at work.
