Two situations would be a problem for Kiffin:
1) If Orgeron and/or Kiffin used UT phones after they resigned
2) If UT early enrollees were on campus and called after midnight on the evening Kiffin was leaving town, that would be a recruiting violation, since at 12:01 a.m. on the first day of classes any enrolled student on campus has 'matriculated'.
