I've never seen him as arrogant. But he does know when a QB ain't it, and he found out he ain't it. I enjoyed his run in the B1G leading us to a Natty though.

Everybody is somebody else's weirdo.
I never saw him as arrogant either. In fact, he even came back his Senior year to demonstrate the importance of graduating. Hey, there were injuries and when the coaches said "next man up"; he stepped up and delivered big time. He's in a very select Ohio State QB group that includes Rex Kern, Craig Krenzel, and Will Howard.
Regardless, he left his mark on both Ohio State football and an Alabama safety in a very positive way:

That seems right. We all know he didn’t play a perfect game, maybe not even a great game, but he went 18-22 for 240 yards and 2 TDs with no picks. From the reaction online, you’d think he was the 2nd coming of Joe Bauserman vs Nebraska. He was good, maybe even very good. There are things he needs to do better, but there is a LOT that he’s doing very well.
