Stumbled on the introductions for the Detroit vrs. Phoenix game and there is Katie being introduced as the newest Shock. Apparently got in at 1 a.m. and is already playing (5:30 EDT) canning her first shot as a 3 from outside. Katie seemed not to be playing that well lately, since looking good in the All-star game. I hope she does better surrounded by a stronger cast than the Lynx were able to assemble. Love to see her on a WNBA championship team.
Perhaps all in Columbus already knew of her trade, but it sure startled me.
