KC was ahead of the curve, building separate football and baseball stadiums when so many others were building concrete bowls (all have been razed, except Oakland).
But they're also not in the city and are surrounded by the largest parking lots I've ever seen. Went there for a series years ago with a bud who loved the Royals.
