Kickoffs between the sidelines​

A bounceback from Ohio State kicker Jayden Fielding after his three kickoffs out of bounds against Marshall underscored a quietly sound day for the Buckeyes' special teams. All of Fielding's kickoffs went for touchbacks and he went 5-of-5 on extra points to go with a made 30-yard field goal.

Couldn't have put it better myself. Fielding unfortunately I have no confidence in...looking back to the Oregon game, the game plan at the end was we better score or get to chip shot range, or we'll probably lose. I don't want to knock the kid at all, but did we even think about a kicker and punter in the grand scheme of things?

I think it just speaks to the enormity of Day and Kelly’s fail.

Big picture he’s not the first kid to have a horrible game in the past 6 years. You put people in a culture of turtlling and some are going to turtle more than others.

The players individual fails come and go. The guy they get it from remains consistent
