Just what is the worthless purpose of instant replay

  • how many times can replays show 100% wrong replay decisions...
    both.. permitting calls to stand that are clearly wrong
    and reversing calls that are equally wrong

    remove it... that way you won't look like blatant idiots
     
    I liked watching the YouTube video of Oregon-Oklahoma, where the ruling was Oregon's ball on the onside kick, but the Oklahoma defender was back away from the pile getting up holding on to the ball.

    What is the point of instant replay? The REFEREES got reprimanded for that game, but did the REPLAY OFFICIALS? I've never seen it so bad that people are literally unable to see what happened on a TV screen in slow motion. Has happened a lot this year. I've always been in favor of letting the refs call it the best they can and figuring the mistakes even out over time.

    The replay official was also suspended. The head replay guy took a leave of absence for the rest of the season after getting all the flack.
