Yeah, last year I was power wahing a patio chair and had to hold it because the power washer would always knock it over since it was a 3000 psi machine. Needless to say I accidentally got my hand in front of it and it shot the skin right off of my hand. Still have a scar there. Funny thing is that I never felt it. But unlike your friend, my hand bled for a long time. I don't know how his didn't bleed. Especially in a place like the shin b/c those things bleed like crazy.osugrad21 said:

I took 'time lapse' pics of the whole project from one of our spare bedrooms upstairs. We now have a lush bluegrass/tall fescue lawn, thank you very much - though a crop of jcfiesta's sugestion would have been a nice touch. 
My neighbor w/ the boat and RV can pull them out into the alley through his gate on the other side of that little grey shed.

Power washed the exterior of the house, (all but the front which we stained a couple of months ago), the garage floor, back deck and back yard fence today. It took me all day, but it is done. That was my first time using a power washer and those things are great. I'm definitely going to have to buy one instead of renting them as I could use that on a regular basis. It is amazing how much crap builds up on vinyl siding.
Oh yeah, the only skin I lost is from some blisters that ripped open.

Spent yesterday painting the stairway to downstairs, which sucks because we painted it this fall. It was wallpapered and we tried painting over wallpaper. I would not recommend it.
Spend today installing a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. The disposal was the worst part.
Now my wife tells me we have to move as we have painted every room in the house at least once!!!
