I am not an avid football fan and I've been on the fence about Urban Meyer but I think he's now convinced me.
I've always known he can win games but I'm most impressed with what he's done to really mold a true team with what appears to be an outstanding and pervasive "let's all get it done" attitude.
There is no better representation of that than the 3 quarterbacks. When Braxton got injured, stayed very involved by helping JT. When JT got injured, Cardale was helped by both of his predecessors. And, of course, all 3 were helped by their other teammates. With solid team and coaching support, Braxton Miller, JT Barrett, and Cardale Jones were (almost) seamless this year. It was (almost) as if they were one quarterback - JT Braxdale.
