The Browns picked up a promising young quarterback -- former Bowling Green star Josh Harris -- to take Garcia's place. The sixth-round draft pick was signed to the 53-man roster from the Ravens' practice squad, and Nate Hybl was waived from the practice squad.
The Browns will have rookie Luke McCown along with eight-year veteran Kelly Holcomb, who is still recovering from three cracked ribs, and Harris going into the home finale Sunday against the Chargers.
