The Browns picked up a promising young quarterback -- former Bowling Green star Josh Harris -- to take Garcia's place. The sixth-round draft pick was signed to the 53-man roster from the Ravens' practice squad, and Nate Hybl was waived from the practice squad.

The Browns will have rookie Luke McCown along with eight-year veteran Kelly Holcomb, who is still recovering from three cracked ribs, and Harris going into the home finale Sunday against the Chargers.

Great, now we get a "running quarterback" that ran slower than Krenzel at the NFL combine. No wonder Hybl was beaten out of the starting job by Jason White twice, before White blew out his knees, twice.
