Jordan played FS in a loss to Colerain but did record double digit tackles.

Jordan played very well. we have a highlight video from the game on our website (www.wearecolerain.com) and Jordan makes it in once or twice. There is a particular play where Colerain's 6-2 215lbs sohphomre fullback gets leveled by Jordan...I left the clip in because it was a nine yard gain but the hit is spectacular. I've not seen Durham get cleaned liked that ever.

If you do check out the video you have to link to the news blog to see the video. The main page is having issues from the host right now but the news blog is working just fine. I think we also got a couple of pictures of Jordan in pre-game as we did with Ware before the Princeton game.

By the way, Jordan is number 32 in Red.

Unlike Turner, this past weekend was not Hicks' first time in Ohio Stadium for a Buckeyes game. But like Turner, Hicks liked what he saw.

"It was fun," Hicks said. "It was my first Ohio State game this year. I went to the Ohio State-Illinois game last year."

Hicks said the OSU-Penn State game was much different than the one he saw last season.

"It was a lot more intense," Hicks said. "It was a night game and everything. I got to take the walk to the 'Skull Session.' That was a lot of fun. I liked the atmosphere."

Hicks is one of the top five juniors in the state of Ohio, so it is not surprising the OSU coaching staff spent time with him Saturday.

"I talked to just about all the coaches before the game," Hicks said. "And I talked to [former Lakota West players] Steve Rehring and Solomon Thomas."

When asked what he liked best, Hicks said, "I'd say the pre-game and all that stuff."

From the Texas site...has a top three of Ohio State, Texas and Florida. Favors Texas and talks about his contact with the staff. Talks about being a kid from Ohio who doesn't automatically want to go to OSU.

From Ohio Varsity...extensive breakdown of Jordan's strengths and few areas which need improvement and why he has as impressive an offer list as any other '10 LB in the country.
