With the disciplinary hearings taken care of, and considering how terrible he was this year... wouldn't surprise me. Everyone keeps projecting him as top-3 pick, but no way after this year. Even without all the off-field stuff, arguing with Jimbo, wonderlic score, terrible interviews, etc. ... his season more than bad enough to take a Matt Leinart / Brady Quinn / Manziel / etc. fall out of the top-5 that certain media outlets insist upon.
It'll be interesting to see what his lawyers and ex-lawyers think about postponing their bills for another year though.
And also curious if Jimbo would even want him back.

Exactly. 18 INTS paired with a derptacular Rose Bowl performance probably hurt his draft stock. And if he doesn't end up as a top-3 pick, he'd be taking a huge pay cut by leaving F$U now.

I think that if Braxton were to transfer, Aubarn would be a good fit. Considering that Marshall is going pro, I think that Braxton would kill defenses in Mahlzan's offense. I'm surprised that the rumor-mongers haven't thrown that one out there. Perhaps it's because Braxton hasn't gotten arrested/expelled enough times for Aubarn's tastes?
