Jahsen Wint and Amir Riep FOUND NOT GUILTY

Well what a horrible situation all around. We obviously don't know what really happened but if this was a false accusation scenario, it ruined two players lives, or at least for a very significant period of their lives. I hope they both can bounce back from this.

They got a video of consent after the fact while she was crying?

☹️

That doesn’t make me feel any better about this. If that’s true.. glad they’re transferring.

There is a lot of stuff in that story that makes me feel gross.

FORMER OHIO STATE DEFENSIVE BACK AMIR RIEP WILL RESUME COLLEGE FOOTBALL CAREER AT LINCOLN UNIVERSITY

Amir Riep is returning to college football.

The former Ohio State defensive back, who was unable to play for the last three years while awaiting trial for a rape charge on which he was ultimately found not guilty, announced Friday he will resume his college football career at Lincoln University.

Lincoln, a university located in Oakland, California, which just launched its athletic department in 2021, is not yet an NCAA member but will play a 12-game schedule this fall that includes games against eight FCS schools, three Division II schools and an NAIA school. The Oaklanders went 2-8 during the 2022 season.

Wint, who has also expressed a desire to resume his college football career, has not yet announced a commitment to a new team.
