Jackets trade for Fed0rov

I was banned when this thread was started. Some guy named "Sober" whom I don't know was correct enough to laugh at how people were excited by this.

Yeah, it's a real stretch to think that a washed up superstar who did nothing of note his last few years in Detroit (when surrounded by talent) would fail completely in a clueless hockey town (I saw more OSU shirts than Blue Jackets shirts in the game that I attended) with horrible players. How could anybody have predicted that?

:slappy:
cuz he didnt make the all star team? he didnt break 80pts?

i dont think anyone who saw the game last night can say fedorov is still a world calss player. him and zherdev looked tough with lots of pixie dust last night. tons of scoring chances and a few pipers. time will tell.

I guess time did tell. He's worthless.

:smash: Why do I continue to read this worthless rambling. You obviously don't get it do you. Federov will fit in nicely in the Blue Jackets organization. Just because he broke you heart when he left Detriot and ruined your little homoerotic crush on him doesn't mean you have to try to destroy his reputation as a solid hockey player.

What the fuck???? How is it I quote SnG and it ends up saying "BKB" (Noticed it from Tibs' post top of page....)

Federov is the last guy on the team I would critizise. Federov, even at 75% of his prime, is still a damn good player. He's tied for the team lead in goals, he's arguably the teams best defensive player and arguably the teams best penalty killer. He's one of the few guys on the Bluejackets that when they touch the puck, the team is consistently in a better position then they were before. When it comes to BJ failed free agent signings, there are far easier targets than Federov. (Sydor...cough..cough)
