Go to a meijer gas station. Not only is the air free, so is the vacuum

I had a similar problem last week. I got a left front blow out while on 70E heading down to school to take care of a few things. When I pulled over to fix it my spare tire was flat also. I ended up havin gto wait on my dad to bring me an airtank from work to inflate it. Worst thing is the next day when I woke up m flat spare was flat again......:(. It's all gravy now though as for I have four new tires on the hoopty.
