It’s been quite the month for Ohio State running back J.K. Dobbins. After breaking the school record for yards rushing in a single game by a freshman —in his first career game, no less— Dobbins posted strong performances against both Oklahoma and Army, and has already earned The Big Ten Conference Player of the Week award twice.
Despite having only 55 carries, Dobbins ranks 8th nationally in yards rushing through three games. Add in Mike Weber Jr.’s current injury situation, and Dobbins stands to see even more action going forward. If he keeps it up, how long will it take him to vault near the top of the Heisman Trophy conversation?
