My other option besides a camcorder is an iPod touch. Anybody have one? Are they as cool as they seem? I can get the 16GB now, or hold off a couple months and get the 32GB.

I give up. This board is too hard to understand.
I have the 16G iTouch and absolutely love it. I don't keep all my music on my ipod so the smaller size (16G) doesn't bother. All the apps and games are fun to play with... I've downloaded a bunch of games for the kids too and they get a kick out of the touch screen. I find that scrolling through it while driving is harder than my old video ipod but it's not that bad... and the WiFi is cool if you can get a signal... I pick up my neighbors signal and surf the net from it sometimes.

I saw a leather carrying case for the iPod touch at CC for $18.....the only thing that concerns me is that it has magnets to hold it closed. Are they just not powerful enough to do any damage to the iPod?
