Finally OSU is starting to get into a stretch of real games. Almost like this game is the start of the season with the way Matta filled nonconference play with a slew of glorified exhibitions.

As for Iowa, they got handled by both Iowa State and Northern Iowa, so I wouldn't say the UNC result is most representative of their true quality this season. But OSU hasn't exactly been consistent this year either as they have struggled shooting against 2/3 of the power conference teams they have faced so far. Ultimately I'd be surprised if OSU lost this game, but they did lose vs. Iowa last year.

Hard to believe Ohio State was favored by 7 in this one. Iowa won at North Carolina and Ohio State got smoked at North Carolina. I never had a good feeling about this game. I think Ohio State is going to have trouble this year just making the NCAA tournament this team has the feel of a 9-9 Big 10 type season and maybe an 8 or 9 seed in the Big Dance. We all knew this last year though when we lost all those players.
