Iowa-Nebraska Rivalry

If Nebraska is in fact Big 10 bound, it seems only natural that the matchup between Herbie Husker and Herky Hawkeye will quickly become a rivalry.

What should the matchup be known as?

Hawkhusker/Corneye, The Battle for the Golden Stalk, The 4H Showdown, etc.

is a good start, perhaps the winning team runs out and cuts down a row of corn. The one who finds the golden stalk gets to go first in the buffet line afterwards.

I would assume Illinois and Missouri would be "rivals" with the realignment? I thought they just put a stop to their battles on the gridiron and the basketball court.

Poor Kansas and all of their basketball history is going to get left out in the dust.
