What's really stupid about the targeting penalty is that they only call it when it looks bad. That hit was just as dangerous as Roby's, but is never, eer going to be called because it doesn't look bad enough.

Seriously, rewind the DVR and watch the hit on Heuerman. The LB drove the crown of his helmet into Heuerman's helmet. And it's a no call.
